I've always been drawn to the art of transformation — taking challenges and turning them into opportunities for growth. That instinct didn't start in a boardroom. It started personally.
A difficult childhood gave me an early and unignorable motivation to break the cycle and build something different. I put myself through college with a clear plan: acquire every skill a business owner needs — customer service, quality, sales, marketing, process improvement, HR, accounting, finance, operations, technology, and more. That plan became a 360° view of how organizations actually work, and it's shaped everything I've done since.
Over two decades, I've led large teams, founded and sold companies, and helped brands across DTC, foodservice, and CPG grow faster and operate smarter. The numbers matter — but so does the human element. I've mentored supply chain professionals, co-founded small business initiatives, and built a prison-to-work program with over 25 graduates, because lasting impact goes beyond the bottom line.
