About Patrick

I've always been drawn to the art of transformation - taking challenges and turning them into opportunities for growth. That transformation started personally for me. Having a less than ideal childhood gave me the drive to break the cycle of poverty and abuse. I put myself through college and set a target for owning a business. The plan was simple - acquire the skills necessary to be a business owner - customer service, quality auditing, training, sales, marketing, process improvement, human resources, accounting, finance, operations, information technology, and so many more. In the process, I have developed a unique skillset that provides a 360° view of my role within an organization. I not only achieved my goal but I was able to execute on an exit plan - something that I have done multiple times.

Over the past two decades, I've had the privilege of immersing myself in diverse roles across operations, supply chain management, and leadership, where every experience has been a steppingstone in my pursuit of driving impactful change and delivering exceptional results.

A Journey Fueled by Strategic Innovation

My journey began with a relentless drive to instigate change. As the Vice President of Operations at RBW Logistics, I orchestrated a turnaround story, overseeing nine warehouses and navigating a team of over 130 individuals. Steadfast in achieving excellence, I consistently maintained EBITDA percentages of 17-22%, ensuring customer satisfaction scores soared, and world class audits became the norm.

Building Success Through Visionary Leadership

At Crowd Cow, I spearheaded fulfillment operations, managing refrigerated warehouses and championing a customer first approach. Here, I didn't just manage teams; I cultivated a culture of excellence, achieving world-class Net Promoter Scores of 70 and above. My strategic vision was a catalyst for crafting solutions that reduced "leaker" rates to less than 0.2%, a testament to meticulous attention to detail.

At Campo Grande, my role shifted from VP of Operations to include Finance, Human Resources, Bookkeeping, Sourcing, Vendor Management, Logistics, Sales, Service, and more. In this role, I ensured the successful launch of CPG/Retail while growing DTC and Foodservice channels.

A Legacy of Entrepreneurial Triumphs

My entrepreneurial spirit led me to found and manage logistics and fulfillment ventures, crafting strategies that propelled growth and scalability. Notably, my journey included paving the way for the first fulfillment center in the U.S. to become an approved Amazon.com Solutions Partner, a testament to pioneering innovation and partnership.

While numbers and profit margins are critical, my passion extends beyond bottom lines. I championed mentoring programs for women in leadership, co-founded initiatives supporting small businesses, and initiated programs like the prison-to-work transition, believing in giving back and shaping a brighter future.
